We all experience grief at some point in our lives, whether it be the death of a loved one or the end of a marriage or relationship.

In her TED Talk, 'We don't "move on" from grief. We move forward with it', Nora McInerny talks about her experience of moving forward with her life after the death of her husband and her father.

It is completely normal to feel grief when a loved one dies and it is also completely normal to experience grief when a relationship ends. It is also completely normal to feel happy and simultaneously move forward with our lives as we continue to experience grief.

Nora says, "you can and will be sad and happy. You'll be grieving and able to love in the same year, the same week or even the same breath."
